Five stars, plus more. A day after meeting Kathryn at an open house, we gave her a call and asked if she would work with us. Having met many realtors at the numerous open houses we attended on our own over a course of three weekends, we were drawn to Kathryn’s professionalism and genuine inquiry on what we were looking for in a house. The process is so overwhelming and such a Big decision, but Kathryn’s diligent work made it easier on us – from organizing/planning the house viewings, putting in a bid, the documentation, the counter-bids, the inspection period and process, to final closing. It’s a lot! Throughout the entire process she answered all our questions, to include questions we hadn’t even thought to ask. Her response time is impeccable. It was such a celebration when Kathryn handed us the key. I couldn’t imagine going through this process with any other realtor.
